Why a full strip-and-wax beats another recoat
When a finish has yellowed, built up in layers, or gone patchy, applying more wax on top just adds to the problem. A full strip-and-wax removes everything down to bare floor first, so the new finish goes on even and clear instead of trapping years of buildup underneath it. This is our most common commercial service, and one strip-and-wax job typically runs 5-10% of the cost of replacing the floor outright.
